Trading Terms & Conditions
These terms outline how we engage with contractors, developers, and procurement teams. Specific contracts may include additional clauses tailored to the project scope.
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and are subject to prevailing tax regulations.
- Bulk or framework agreements can attract volume discounts after credit assessment.
Payments & Credit
- We accept bank transfers, RTGS, cheques, and approved mobile payments.
- Credit facilities are extended only after due diligence and board approval.
- Late payments attract a 2% monthly service charge on the outstanding balance.
Fulfilment & Delivery
- Standard delivery across Kenya occurs within 72 hours from payment confirmation.
- Dedicated logistics tracking is provided for orders above Kes 250,000.
- Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or collection from our depots.
Returns & Warranty
- Material discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Manufacturer warranties apply where provided; proof of purchase is required.
- Custom-fabricated items are non-returnable unless defective.
Compliance & Ethics
- We uphold anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies in all engagements.
- Suppliers must demonstrate KEBS certification or equivalent international standards.
- Environmental regulations guide the sourcing of timber and chemical products.
